The Garden wanted to raise capital for new facilities and renovations, yet a partial feasibility study found a lack of engagement by area community and business leaders.
David recommended a pre-campaign planning phase. He led them to recruit a high-level task force, conduct a market study, and create a new strategic plan and vision to excite the community and potential donors.
Community and business leaders, by participating on the task force, have become agents of the Garden’s vision, ensuring that a successful capital campaign can be launched in 2014.
