A leading marine-conservation organization, The Ocean Foundation, sought to increase major-gifts support. David recrafted the Foundation’s case for support and interviewed key top donors and marine-conservation leaders nationwide about what excited them about the Foundation’s work.
His evidence-based recommendations and a new major gifts plan have allowed the Foundation to realign its strategic focus, recruit new fundraising leaders, revise messaging, and focus on hi-touch cultivation and donor engagement opportunities.
